CBT with Natalie
Helping you find space for rest and focus even when life feels overwhelming
CBT helps you understand how your past experiences shape the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours you have today, and gives you practical tools to cope with challenges, feel better, and create meaningful change.

The Relationship with your Therapist
In CBT the relationship between you and your therapist is an essential part of your recovery.
This relationship is about feeling seen, feeling heard, and developing your voice. It is about creating a trusting environment where you can explore difficult thoughts and emotions perhaps for the very first time.

We will work together in a curious and kind way, figuring out what has led you to this place and how we might support you to move forwards.

I will always offer you the opportunity to reflect on how therapy is going and how you feel we are working together , in a compassionate and curious way.
